Is there a projector?Yes, depending on the stage you’re presenting on there will either be projectors or plasma screen.

What is the size/aspect ratio of the screen?16:9. The screen size varies depending on your stage.

What quality is the projector? Low/Med/High based on brightness, colour density.All projectors/plasma screens will be high quality displays.

Can we connect our own devices to the projector?You’re free to connect your own devices to the screens or projectors although for the flow of the event we’d prefer for you to provide your presentation 7 days prior to the event so we can load onto central laptops.

If not, how do we get the presentation onto the device?We will set up a G:Drive where you can add your presentations as a PPT, Keynote, Google Slides or PDF. Please embed all non standard fonts, and ensure videos work with and without internet connection.

What connections are required? HDMI/USB-C/Thunderbolt/VGA/Other?Connections will vary but typically HDMI would be required. VGA is OK too.

Are adapters supplied for Mac devices?There will be some adapters available on the day but we also recommend you bring your own if you have them.

Is there a remote clicker?Yep, each stage will have a remote clicker to help you navigate through your presentation with ease.

Is there WiFi we can access at the venue?Yes, the venues is fully WiFi enabled.

What is the SSID & password?We will release the SSID and password closer to the event date.

Is there 3G/4G mobile signal in the venue?Yes 3G signal is strong and there is also limited 4G.

Will the event be microphoned or is it acoustic sound only?All speakers will be connected to the PA system via lapel or hand held mics – whichever you choose.

Will the event be live streamed/recorded?Yes, we will be recording as many sessions as we can throughout the day.

Is the stage elevated? I.E.- Steps to the stage area or on the same level as the audience?All stages are elevated.

If elevated, is there mobility access?Yes, we ensure there is disabled access to all stage areas.

Is there car parking and if so, how many spaces can we have? There is limited time parking to the front of the venue (free for 20 minutes), and paid parking to the rear of the venue in the main Temple Meads car park. Please be aware that these car parks fill up very quickly from around 8am.

What time is setup and breakdown?You’ll have access to the venue from 7am on the morning of the event. You’ll be shown to your stand if you have one booked and will be able to set up any graphics, pop ups, laptops, screens etc. that you may have. Breakdown is from 5.30pm.
